How to change screen orientation when emulating iPad in latest version of Chrome?

In previous versions, when you swapped the height and width of the screen with the arrow button, the orientation changed. Now the screen just cuts off and scrolls appear. As I understand it, chrome now does not set the window.orientation value. Maybe I'm missing something in the settings. I select iPad2/3 in dropdown and click on the emulate button. I will be grateful for help.
