How to change scancode fn-keys?

Actually, I have a long-suffering HP655 laptop with Windows 8.1 (which I didn’t do with it, I took it apart to clean the stopped cooler, upgraded the RAM to 6 gigs, tried all Windows from XP to 8.1 and Debian 7).
But this is not about that now, there is an absolutely useless "button" called by FN + F1 with the following scancode

It opens Windows help and I would like to replace its scancode with the scancode of the sleep mode button (as in some Lenovo laptops), so that it would be displayed here and she could set the action.

I tried to do according to this article geektimes.ru/post/75290 but something didn’t work out for me, and although I registered the codes from the program on the screen, nothing worked for me and the button still opened the help.
Actually, I would like to know how best to do this, it is advisable to get the code of the finished registry key with the necessary scancodes.

Try Keyboard Maniac, it intercepts buttons and replaces. I did the interception of the side mouse buttons and it works very well
