How to change requirements of opencart forms?

There is a purchase form on opencart, there is a restriction in one of the fields that the filling is at least 3 characters .. I can’t find anywhere to change this ...

and if on the server then look for the private validateForm() method; in the controller you want

This can be inside input or set from js.
