How to change position for gulp-notify in windows?

The thing is, when a notification fires, it appears in the lower right corner, and I have important information there in the debugger.
I want the notification to appear in the top right corner if possible.
I read the documentation, there are a lot of options, but I didn’t find anything about the notification position.

This plugin displays errors when building Gulp as system messages, that is, their position cannot be changed in any way. Alternatively, change the position of the tasks from the bottom to the top, messages should be poured from above)
