How to change port (create-react-app)?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how to change the port in react, if I run via the console (which in my case is not correct when installing on hosting), the port is random, but I have it fixed, googled it, tried commands like static-server POST=8080, etc. .d., gives command not found, here ..

Hosting allows you to run from package.json, but I need to fix the port, maybe there is a config file for a similar situation? Thank you.
