How to change PHP_BINDIR value?

Can't change PHP_BINDIR value. I use Openserver as a server. added path to PATH environment variable
C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common;C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\;D:\OpenServer\modules\php\PHP-5.6
but still the path is equal to C:\php . How to fix ?
