I am developing a website on Bitrix24. Everything is fine, but in the online chat (on the side of the chat pop-up window) there is some Olga Kravchenko! How to change the first and last name to others and change the description? How to use this online chat, please tell me!!!

1. In the search, type "Widget". Select the option "Widget to site"
   
2. Click "Edit" on the widget
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. The section is called "Automatic greeting"
