How to change numbering of orders in woocommerce like: year, month, day, hour, minute, second?

in woocommerce, the default numbering of orders is 1,2,3.... you need something like 190208-151710 (year, month, day, - hour, minute, second (+ another 10 fraction of a second would be nice))
You need to change it is the numbering, not the prefix. and orders should change in the database (as far as I understand).
