How to change Macbook hibernation mode?

The problem is this - Macbook Pro 15 mid 2012 ignores the hibernation mode settings (now pmset -g says that hibernatemode is 3) and after closing the lid, after 4 hours, it dumps the entire session on the hard drive, so it wakes up for a very long time.
After opening the lid, it displays a whitened screenshot of the desktop, at the bottom of the loading bar - I understand that at this moment it loads the contents into memory from sleepimage.
Memory - 8 GB. BUT! until recently, the behavior of the laptop was completely normal, in my opinion - when the lid was opened (4 hours after closing), the restoration of the session took a few seconds.
I tried returning to the previous settings through the terminal and GUI - it did not help.
How to return to default settings, as it was after the purchase?
upd
Here is the pmset output:

pmset -g
Active Profiles:
Battery Power		-1
AC Power		2*
Currently in use:
 standbydelay         4200
 standby              0
 womp                 1
 halfdim              1
 hibernatefile        /var/vm/sleepimage
 gpuswitch            2
 sms                  1
 autorestart          0
 networkoversleep     0
 disksleep            10
 sleep                10
 autopoweroffdelay    14400
 hibernatemode        3
 autopoweroff         1
 ttyskeepawake        1
 displaysleep         10
 acwake               0
 lidwake              1

UPD:
I noticed that the hibernation mode works correctly when the power is off.
How would I make it so when the power is connected?
UPD2:
I also noticed that the size of sleepimage is NOT EQUAL to the amount of RAM;
at the moment - 8 GB, and sleepimage takes 4 GB (this was the amount when buying a laptop)

@aaa3ppp

autopoweroff 1
autopoweroffdelay 14400
man pmset autopoweroff if
set turns off power after autopoweroffdelay seconds
14400s=4ch
Try to increase autopoweroffdelay to the value you need or set autopoweroff to 0 After switching from Mavericks to EL Capitan, the system stopped recovering from deep sleep. A full load is in progress. sleepimage like you have 4G instead of 8G. Have you solved the issue with the size of sleepimage?
