How to change localization on YouTube?

I live in a certain country, so YouTube always sends me videos in the language of this country, but I have never watched a single video in the language of this country from my Google account, so machine learning has nothing to do with it.
I tried to change the IP to the American one, but it doesn’t help, and in the recommendations and search results less than one percent of the videos in English, the American VPN doesn’t help either.
I always had the browser interface in English, the browser interface is also always in English, the region in the Windows settings is also the United States, and the region in the browser settings is also the United States. Even in the YouTube settings I have an English interface and, most importantly, the region (in YouTube itself) is also the United States. But there are still no American videos in the search results. What to do?
I speak Russian very poorly, I can't suffer like this anymore.

Try to search interesting videos and like them. For example, i live in Ukraine, use "ukrainian" youtube. But I actively learn English and watch videos in English and youtube recommend only what I want.
Dont forget mark not interesting videos and tell why. If you can fix my mistakes
