Does the color of the video change when viewed online?

A very strange problem, if you watch a video in a browser, it changes its color in two cases:
1. If you hover over the video, or until the cursor disappears (if you watch a full screen)
2. If you watch a video with subtitles (in a browser), then when subtitles appear, the color of the picture changes.
In both cases, the picture becomes noticeably colder (more blue). And this is very annoying, especially when you watch with subtitles, because. they appear and disappear, the color of the video is constantly twitching. I noticed this problem on the new Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15ISK laptop.
