How to change legacy INF file for driver installation in Windows 10?

There is an INF file for Windows 2000 / XP version
How do I change the INF file so that I can install drivers in Windows 10?
As far as the driver is understood in W10, you only need to register the USB device\VID_05E3&PID_0100&REV_0100
