How to change language in rocket.chat?

Deployed rocket.chat on ubuntu (server) 18.04.
I tried to install both through snap and with the help of mongodb.
It is installed successfully, I climb to rearrange the language in the General -> Language administration.
And that I just did not choose there, and Russian and Ukrainian, and German, and rebooted both the client and the server. (the language remains English both in the bowser and in the Windows client)


Of course, I'm a beginner in these Linuxes of yours, so maybe I even forgot to put or choose?
