How to change language for only one app (Android)?

Prompt application that allows you to set language settings for individual applications. I saw an article on Habré, but surprisingly I can’t find it with either Google or Yandex.
As far as I remember, the application needed root access.

You can do this through the Xposed Framework and the corresponding module for it - App Settings repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.mod...
