How to change iso file so that you can add files there and not lose the ability to boot from this ISO?

Good afternoon! There is a Windows image in which you need to download the drivers directly in order to continue the installation of the system.

There is a driver folder that needs to be loaded into the image itself , but how? I tried everything in my power, but I could not edit the iso without losing the ability to boot through it. Does anyone know how to change it?

PS the system on which I do everything is Linux CentOS 7

ISO booting is done according to the El Torito standard

When you build an ISO from files, you need to specify the appropriate boot options.
