How to change IP on VDS/VPS?

There was a need to access the Internet from the machine and an IP address that is different from my home one.
I do not want to use a proxy, TOR browser, I plan to rent a not very powerful dedicated server with a Ukrainian IP for this.
But there is one catch. About once a week I will need to change the IP of the dedicated server to another one, also Ukrainian, but from another region.
Is there any other way out of this situation other than renting a different VDS/VPS each time from a different company? Perhaps there are specific companies that allow you to do this as part of the services provided. I would be glad to hear the answers of experts.

Buy from one VPS provider with a certain number of IP addresses or reorder later, raise OpenVPN on it and specify the required IP address. If you buy additional IP addresses, then do not forget to add them to the network interface, the procedure is not difficult to add a couple of lines to the files.
