How to change ip address in ubuntu server?

Good afternoon.
Help solve the issue. I have a computer on ubuntu, to be at home. I want the server to be accessible by external ip address. But, so that the external address is different from my home address. My provider changes ip once a day, there is no way to buy statics. Can I use a proxy, if so how do I set it up? Or it is required to lift vpn?

You can use a VPN. Buy any VPS and set up a VPN on it with the desired routing
