How to connect to a virtual machine on a local server using SSH?

There is a server that is located in the local network (there is no access to network administration). Connection to it (SSH and all kinds of connections to the database) occurs using a local address and VPN (config provided by the administrator). Several domains are displayed externally (the proxy is also at the admin). It was required to deploy two virtual machines on this server using KVM. There is no server to connect to them from the console, but it is very desirable to make it possible to connect to them directly from Putty, bypassing a direct connection to the main server (well, so that connections to the database on these virtual machines can be safely used). Tell me which way to dig. I am inexperienced in administration and I don’t really know what technology should be used here at all

Raise on ssh virtual machines.
Ask the admin to forward it.
