How to change initial welcome screen in Ubuntu Server 14.04 console?

I took two servers from two data centers. At one, when entering through the console, a beautiful one is displayed:

Welcome to Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-43-generic x86_64)
* Documentation: https://help.ubuntu.com/
System information as of Thu Sep MSK 2015
System load: Users logged in:
Usage of /: IP address for eth0:
Memory usage:
Swap usage:
Processes:
Graph this data and manage this system at:

17 packages can be updated.
10 updates are security updates.

The other only:
* Documentation: https://help.ubuntu.com/
Last login: Fri Sep 11 XX:XX:XX 2015 from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

What file is responsible for displaying information about the system, tell me, please? I want to bring both servers to the form of the first.

@AndreyTT

The contents of /etc/motd, if any, are displayed at login in the console
