How to change hotkeys for switching layouts in a poppy?

I would like to switch to English on the left control, and to Russian on the right alt. (single click)
Can this be done using standard tools without installing additional programs?

You can't, get used to cmnd+space. I got used to it in a couple of weeks, now I love it.
