How to change H3 header to H1 in Bitrix?

I encountered Bitrix for the first time. For an hour now I can’t find elementary things that can be done on any cms in 2 clicks. In articles, headings are displayed in h3, I can’t find where to change them in h1. Googling the information found that in the components of the template. news.list. I reopened all the files in the template components and looked into each folder. There is no h3 output anywhere. Please help me I'm going crazy...

There are 3 places where templates can be stored:
1) Default templates for components
/public_html/bitrix/components/bitrix/news.list - list
/public_html/bitrix/components/bitrix/news.detail - detailed page
2) Component templates linked to your template
/public_html/bitrix/templates/YOUR_SITE_TEMPLATE/components/bitrix/news.list - list
/public_html/bitrix/templates/YOUR_SITE_TEMPLATE/components/bitrix/news.detail - detailed page
3) Sometimes some smart people override components and templates here
/ public_html/local/components/
/public_html/local/templates/

I finally found half a day killed it turned out just as usual. I had /bitrix/components/bitrix/news/templates/.default here. Might be useful to someone.
