How to change encoding in IDEA?

When importing a project into IDEA, the encoding of some classes has changed.
Here is an example of one of the class.
Can this be fixed somehow?

Bottom right on your screen there is an inscription "UTF-8" poke there.
there is also an option File -> Settings -> Editor -> File Encoding -> in the label with projects, you can configure encodings.
Experiment.
