By default, the user directory is /home/user, and it should remain so. It is necessary after ssh connection that by default the directory is not [email protected]~ but [email protected]/var/www/site.ru is open. Failed to google. I myself tried to write cd /var/www/site.ru to ~/.bashrc but it doesn't work

Change the home directory for the user to the one you specified, and you will be happy.
