It’s quite inconvenient to use the terminal, you constantly need to change the layout, I didn’t find an adequate answer on Google. In addition to the desktop, I want to rename images, music, etc.

You can just create symlinks, as Dmitry Tallmange suggested , or you can actually rename the directories and then change the values in the ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs file
