How to change default window borders in windows 7?

Tritely do not like "shells", window frame themes in windows 7. Is there a way to change them? For example, semicircular corners to rectangular ones (naturally not by hand) ;)

The only tool to do this is VistaStyleBuilder .
But you have to be very smart to figure it out. I could only make some kind of primitive.
