How to change data in CKEditor?

Hello.
I'm using CKEditor in a pop-up window, I need the ability to change the text in the textarea to which the CKEditor is attached. But when changing the text, it does not appear in the editor. Tried binding and replace and inline - didn't help. I tried to rebind - swears, writes that it is already attached. Can you please tell me how to programmatically change the text inside the CKEditor?
