How to change "create" item in KDE 5 context menu?

I'm using KDE-neon 5.8.5 and I want to add new file creation options to the "Create" item in the context menu, but I can not find the file that is responsible for this part. Tell me which file you need to change or create.

What is displayed in the "Create" menu is located in the /usr/share/kde/templates folder and ~/.kde/share/templates
