I can’t change the country flag on Bitrix (which transfers to another language version of the site)
It somehow catches it by id or as a picture in styles.

According to the markup, I can assume that the flag is registered in css. Or as part of a sprite, or individual pictures.
In any case, correct the css, change the paths to the images to your own. In css, respectively, look for the class rus, en and others.
