I found no solution to my issue.
The user's folder contains the .gitconfig file, in which the name and mail are indicated (opens with a regular notepad). After deleting the file, he again asks for the artist's name and email.
And yet, if you somehow rename this file, add something before the dot, then Windows will not allow you to save the file with a name starting with a dot.
Maybe there is some way to achieve this through pycharm itself?
