Continuous import in Azure DevOps?

I want to push and store turnips in GitHub, and do everything else (kanban, testing, CI / CD) on Azure DevOps.
Accordingly, you need to set up a permanent import of the repository from GitHub to Azure DevOps. How to do it? Normal import does not work - I read the documentation.
