How to link a local folder with an empty repository on BitBucket through SourceTree?

There is a local folder, I would like to make a repository out of it and upload it to BitBucket via SourceTree - does anyone use it? Maybe there is a guide? Can't find anything meaningful

Bookmarks → Add New Repository, go to the Create Repository tab, specify the type and path. Then commit and push anywhere.
