How to change browser window resolution?

Actually the question is in the title.
There is a page layout with a resolution of 1920.
My monitor resolution is 1366x768. When zooming in the browser, the scale is set as a percentage (90%, 50%, etc.).
How do I accurately, in pixels, set the width of the browser window? So that you can check the pixel perfect layout.
I use chrome, if that.

I like Window Resizer as an addon. extension. In general - F12 and click on a small mobile phone and you can set any scale, even test the download speed with different Internet.

In the debug panel of chrome, if anything, it is possible to emulate the device. Here. You can set any size of the viewport to your taste. Although it is better of course to buy a 24 "monitor for work.
