I have an mp3 file in which I need to lower / raise the entire frequency spectrum by a certain number of semitones, that is, transpose. I have been looking for a solution for a long time, but I can not find anything sensible. Web Audio API and its implementations are not suitable, since I need to save this file later. I will be grateful for your help!
