How to change app name and icon in Cordova for Android?

Hello.
With sin in half, I assembled and launched my first application on Vue / Cordova in the Android emulator :) Everything works (oddly enough)))
Now I need to publish it on Google Play and generally bring it into a divine form.
Please tell me:
1. How to fill in config.xml correctly? Does the display name of the application change there? And then I have HelloCordova displayed and the icon is also theirs :)
2. Where can I change the main icon for the application?

I figured out the icon:
and icon.png itself, respectively, to the root of the project - it works.
Miraculously renamed:
remains to understand why it swears at the reverse domain
