"An error has occurred in the com.google.process.gapps application", what should I do?

When you click "OK" on the window, the following appears immediately.
Sometimes a window crashes with the launch of standard programs (an error occurred in the "Gmail" application, etc.)
When you start other applications (Play Market, antivirus, etc.), they also fly out.
Even in safe mode this error.
I tried to clear the cache of Google services, roll back updates, delete the "left" programs, the settings immediately fly out "An error occurred in the Settings application."
