How to change adsense account for android market?
I have a separate account to work with my project in the android market. Due to a mistake by the webmaster of my site (it is not related to the application in the android market), a competitive advertising platform was added to the site - yandex partner. After my account was blocked, I found out the reasons, but, unfortunately, I was refused to unblock my google adsense account (appealed).
My android development is also using a blocked google adsense account. We are working on a project together with my friend, so can we register for the android market another adsense account for my colleague exclusively for withdrawing funds from the android market? How to proceed in my situation?
I asked questions to Google support and wrote a second letter with a similar text to the re-consideration of the appeal, but so far to no avail.

I turned to the google help forum and help (http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/adsense/thread?tid=473c1fd85fe6818b&hl=en&fid=473c1fd85fe6818b0004a6e734fc5d2a)
Here's what I found in the rules (https://www. google.com/support/androidmarket/developer/bin/answer.py?&&answer=189263):
- My application for an AdSense account was rejected. What to do?
If your AdSense account application was denied, please let us know. However, please note that if you previously had an AdSense account that was disabled due to a policy violation or illegal click-generating activity, you will not be able to create a new AdSense account and therefore will not be eligible to receive payment for app sales. Android.
- I am ready to completely abandon adsense advertising on my other project and use it only to withdraw funds from the android market. In general, is such a measure legal? After all, these are completely two different projects and Google has no right to prevent the withdrawal of funds that I honestly earned in the android market.
