How to change active slide length in Slick Slider or Swiper JS Center mode?

How can I implement this kind of slider, the central slider has a length of 378 pixels, in the normal inactive state I have a length of 100 pixels less. Gap between slides 135 pixels. I tried to implement it by changing transform: sclale but in the active state only the length of the photo changes, the sizes of the title and text do not change
