How to change a user's password through an application that works without an authorized user's access?

In my python server application, I authorize through the data of this application as an unauthorized user, and then interact with the Graph Api through the token.
I need the ability to change user passwords in a directory, but this requires Directory.AccessAsUser.All access, which is only granted as a delegated permission, but I get a token without authorization.
