The site has a virus that redirects or opens ads for users from the Russian Federation with a mobile operator (beeline, mts, tele, etc.). I can't catch him. Aibolite didn't find anything.

I want to look live through the browser console, maybe I'll find a clue. But, since I'm not from the Russian Federation, then naturally nothing is shown to me. How to be?

This is NOT a virus, this is a built-in advertising of providers when you sit on the site via the mobile Internet and your site is on a simple http, it is treated by switching to https. Sometimes such ads are even full-screen.
PS And if your stupid superiors will say that this is a virus and "heal my site scum!" then get away from these people.
