How to catch a network glitch?

Good day, help to catch a glitch. Network: 2 domain controllers, file storage on FREENAS which is entered into the domain. Users are normally authorized. everything but the printer. under the printer's account, it enters folders with the necessary rights, but the printer itself cannot log in and drop the file into the folder

It is possible that the printer is using SMBv1, which is disabled in FREENAS. Is the path to the printer folder registered as a DNS name, or by IP? It is possible that DNS is not configured on the printer.
