How to carry out the difference between the numbers in the column of each subsequent value from the previous one, using a dynamically expanded formula with skipping empty cells?

Good afternoon, dear GURU!
It is necessary to carry out the difference between the numbers in the column of each subsequent value from the previous one, using a dynamically expanded formula (array) for the entire column, skipping empty cells.
Given: a column with numbers incl. with empty cells, it is necessary to carry out in the next column the difference of each subsequent number from the previous one by a dynamically expanded formula (array) (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY or something else). At the same time, in the first condition, it is necessary that the difference of numbers is not performed if there is at least one empty cell in the subtracted ones. In the second condition, look for the nearest previous cell with a number and produce the difference of numbers from it.
Manual implementation of what is needed at the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10uNnWb5vVu...full access, there you can write the correct formula.
Thanks in advance, I really appreciate your help. It seems that I understand that it should simply be, but I have already broken my whole brain.
