How to capture a screen and compare with a picture?

Hello.
I have a photo, this is a fragment of a large screen image.
It is necessary to take a screenshot of the screen every 5-10 seconds and look for a fragment in the screenshot similar to the one given.
Never did anything like that. Please help. Preferably in C# or Java.
For clarification:
1) the program starts the process
2) takes a screenshot every 5-10 seconds and looks for the fragment that is given in the screenshot
3) by coincidence: kills the process and creates it again

Chop up either Aforge or openCV computer vision and look for examples with a match pattern. In general, read how bots are made, it seems you have a similar task.)
