There is also a rule for working with a basket, where there is a 20% discount on two items in the basket.
How to cancel the application of the rule if the product has a specific discount? In order not to get 30% for each, but only 10%.

In the settings of the cart rule that sets 20% for two products, specify
the Priority of applicability more than the rule with a regular discount
Check the box "Stop further application of the rules"
