How to call via sip client using otrs?

The task is for otrs to call a specific number when the priority increases and / or a new ticket arrives. Installed on the server with otrs sipcmd and pjsip. I selected the conditions in the task scheduler, but when the scheduler is manually started, errors occur:
1) if the Command/cmd field says: "pjsua --config-file=/etc/pjsuarc sip:[email protected]", then the error "Error" appears : unknown options 2015071510123456" (as far as he understood, he assigns the ticket number to the command, although
ARGs were not entered in the field) .sh and specify in the Command/cmd field: "/path/call.sh" or "/bin/bash /path/call.sh"
Tell me, as detailed as possible, otherwise I'm a beginner, what needs to be done so that the otrs calls the right number?
PS I tried to enter more commands in the field: "mail -s "subject" %recipient%" and "touch /tmp/temp.log", only sending a letter worked
