How to call the Incoming Connection From Xdebug window in PHPStorm?

Hello. I wanted to stop my script at a specific breakpoint (debug my script). And during the first debugging, I got this window:

Sometimes there is not one file specified, but several (if several projects are open in the IDE). And if you accidentally select the wrong one, then the script will NOT stop at breakpoints. You need to delete the .idea folder, recreate the project, set a breakpoint. Then this window will appear again. And in it you can select the correct file.
I don't like this solution. I want to learn how to do this without deleting the project folder.
How can I call this window again - after I have specified the wrong file in it? Or if not to call a window, then where to find these settings? To point them to the correct file.
