PhpStorm 7.1 bug feature in Smarty TPL editor

Faced a nasty bug while editing Smarty TPL in new PhpStorm 7.1. The problem occurs in some templates: voElPVGWb30mzubmP9rw9x8M5T7BbmK0IbO9IOnx
After some closing figs. brackets, he himself makes Inject Language, and it is not clear which one, when you click on the light bulb, a menu appears very rarely with the Inject off. This was not the case in 7.0. And I don't know how to turn it off. Terribly ruins life. Do not tell me how to remove it?
