How to call a running application whose icon has disappeared from the Windows taskbar notification area?
Win7, after freezing and restarting explorer.exe, some of the taskbar notification area icons fall off (applications are still running; when you try to launch the missing application again, the second copy starts [it can not be disabled everywhere, but somewhere you need to run several copies of the program] with its icon, but the first one is not restored); In the icon settings, when "Display icon and notifications" is enabled, it says that the icon is inactive (as for not running applications).
Is it somehow possible to call their graphical interface without restarting the applications themselves?
I googled similar questions, where when the system icons disappear, they advise to pick the registry (I tried it - it didn’t help), it was enough for someone to restart the explorer (but it didn’t crash, the icons just disappeared), but I haven’t found a way to call running applications yet.
