How to call a JS function on the server with a cron, save the result in the database?

There is a third party JS library. It is necessary to call the functions every 15 minutes, save the result in the database.
I do not want to deal with Node.JS or something like that right now. I’m already even thinking about just stopping at the option in which I just make a page that inserts the result of calling JS functions into a form and automatically posts to the server every 15 minutes. But I do not want to keep the computer turned on around the clock ..
Tell me something, please.
