It's best to change the sensor. it is quite "legitimate" + -2%. Plus, Chinese hands ...
if you still want to win this one, then take a normal mercury thermometer, pour water (the easiest way is to heat-cool), measure the temperature with a thermometer - and with a sensor. For good points 3-5 at least. From 0 to 50. Well, then consider the correction factor.

Most likely you do not have DTH22, but DTH11, it has a passport accuracy of 2 degrees. In addition, your control thermometer is also lying. To test the sensors, I use several calibrated alcohol thermometers, rather than one randomly bought on the market. It is not worth comparing with the readings of a thermometer in a multimeter; it has an error of more than 2 grams. The errors add up, that's where your 4 gr.
In general, measuring temperature with DTH is not a thankful task. Take DS18B20 and you will be happy. If you need to measure temperature and humidity, the sensors can be connected in parallel.
