How to calculate your professional value?
I received an interesting offer to participate part-time in the development of an Internet project for an already operating and developing business.
It is required to create a company portal (Rails), and then engage in its promotion and development (search engine optimization, CPC, split testing, and so on). I have all these skills and I am confident in demonstrating a good result, but I have never worked for someone as a developer in what is called "for real".
There are essentially no deadlines, real tasks for every day / every other day. People are well versed in their professional field, but they don’t understand anything about IT at all, so they need a “web tech lead” to develop their business. Part time is about 3 hours a day after the launch of the site, before that it’s more, of course. It's probably worth mentioning that, among other things, I have a permanent job (3-4 hours a day).
How to most accurately determine an honest wage, so as not to offend yourself, and the employer does not fall with a heart attack? Maybe there are some benchmarks? How do you calculate your professional value before starting a project?

Does a person (infinity) have a price (conditionality) of the time of his actions for rent? How many people on huge salaries do nothing, and we are embarrassed to measure our individuality in rubles, no matter how overestimated, or no matter how offended by an unfair world.
Man is an individual. It has no price, we sell ourselves by mutual agreement. Someone can kiss us and pay a bunch of money for removing the process of a hung dispatcher per month, someone can humiliate us for a bunch of really complex code that works. We just agreed. It is clear that no one can pay millions a month for some kind of work. The price is somewhat driven by demand.
If there is audacity in your personality, a claim of great importance in this world, you are lucky. You will demand and demand, change jobs and seek recognition...
But the developers feel basically the hidden god in their work. What is the ideal pattern or programming language? These reflections tell us that our significance here is not very important, there are things much more interesting. But without an ego in our world they will not give a penny. The hungry artist was only in trend under Khrushchev.
Trends and the current state of salaries can be tracked, for example, here

This is Ukraine, but the level is also relevant for Russia, with a slight plus / minus.
As a benchmark on the above resource, work experience in years appears.
List your price per hour and get paid by the hour, honestly and clearly.
Calculate the cost of an hour at your current full-time job and multiply by 3.
This way you can protect yourself and the employer from risks and laziness. You will work well for good money.
Consent is the product of non-resistance on both sides. You sell your time, your time and skills are bought at the rate of # of money for 1 hour or 1 month.
In a word, that's how much you want to work - for that much and work. If you do not know your value --- I sympathize with you.
By the way, any cost is the result of bargaining. Install more, and bargain, bargain and bargain again.
Set a price that you are comfortable working for. And don't fall below it. If you manage to agree on a higher price, it will be like a bonus.
If you work for money below what is comfortable and expected, then productivity and responsibility will slowly begin to slide into an emotional peak, from which there is only one way out - to send everything to hell! Maybe in this way the business will save money, but after some time it will lose a specialist and this will bring much more expenses than was saved.
